APOCALYPSE ON THE BEACH

Presentation of Lenny Leleu's 3rd swimwear collection.
Lenny is a graduate from the Fashion Department from the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in Antwerp and she designs mostly swimwear. Her 3rd collection is called Apocalypse on the Beach and embodies her view on the world and its environment today, focusing on the BP-oil spill.

Andrzej DUDEK-DURER
PERFORMANCE

Art Space Leguit invites a Polish artist in Antwerp. And not your average Polish artist: Andrzej Dudek-Dürer is a believer in reincarnation and claims to be the seventh incarnation of Albrecht Dürer. Most of his works are influenced by Dürer. Expect a video installation, graphics, paintings and photography.

Andrzej Dudek's works are parts of collections of such institutions as the National Museums in Warsaw and Wroc?aw, Centro de Arte Actual in Barcelona, Stedelijk Museum in Amsterdam, Museum of Modern Art in New York, Tate Gallery in London, City Art Institute Library in Sydney and The School of the Art Institute of Chicago.

This expo aims to give these individuals an opportunity to exhibit work which might not otherwise be seen outside of the studio, without theme or restriction.
